Edgy Blacks

Flowy shorts are thankfully making a trend this Spring/Summer and are much more flattering (and comfortable) than jean shorts. They look great with most items but make sure to not top it off with a super loose fitting top or it will make you look bigger than you actually are, which is never flattering! If you do want to pair a loose fitting top, be sure to tuck it in even partially to give the body definition. While its still chilly pair them with a patterned tunic like this DVF one. In the hot Summer months wear a tucked muscle tank or a striped tee. I chose these cut-out oxfords because I think they are classic with a bit of an edge and perfect for city walking.
