I think patterned leggings can look really well with a basic/minimal upper-half. Here I paired the leggings with a plain muscle tank and a military jacket over it for the when it is still chilly. When it gets warmer pair the muscle tank alone and throw on a cute necklace to add something to it. I love these white booties and think they can work with this outfit for a more relaxed look.
