The wrap skort hit runways long before it it hit stores (and even longer before I wrote this post). From bloggers to designers to stores like Forever21 you can find this item anywhere (and at any price point). It is awesome because the backside is a pair of flowy shorts and the front shows off a wrapped skirt that has a noticeable jagged cut at the bottom. It can be worn in SO many ways and since it is a (very affordable) trend that is everywhere and on everyone right now, I want to show you some different ways to style it to make it your own. It comes in different colors, patterns and textures. The first one is a thick patterned skort. I paired it with a chiffon cami (a top that can go with everything this Summer). Tuck in the cami and wear a layered necklace to create a fun nighttime or day-event look. For shoes I love the booties with it to give it some edge and makes it different but any of the shoes shown above can be interchangeable for any look you're going for. The bold blue clutch adds more color to the look and brings out the color of the skirt. Next is the plain black one. Give it some personality with a tucked in muscle tank, statement necklace and some heels for the night. Lastly is this bright one that looks great dressed down with a white tee, a necklace and a mini-satchel for your weekend plans. I pulled the orange from the bottom to pair these sandals with the look. A wrap skort is a fun airy look to wear all Summer long.
